Sub:- Regarding rectification in clause 7(a) of the Regulations of Master of Library and information Science course (M.L.I.S.) of Patna University, (approved vide letter no. PU(Regulations)-32/20041482/GS(I), dated 17.10.2014.

                I am directed to invite a reference to your letter no. Acad/435 dated 16.05.2016 on the subject noted above and to inform that the Hon’ble Chancellor after due consideration of the proposal of the University and the advice of the Advisory Committee has been pleased to approve the required rectification in following manner:-            

Clause 7(a)

                “He/She secured at least 45% marks in each paper at E.S.E & C.I.A. examination separately”.

                As per request of the University following may be inserted and it would be read as:-

“He/She secured at least 40% marks in each paper at E.S.E & C.I.A. examination separately”.

                Further necessary action may please be taken accordingly.
