[Comments"Procedural Instructions regarding payment of Retirement
Benefits to the employees of the University" were issued by the Bihar
Inter-University Board (Vide its Memo No. IUB-374-85 dated the 6th February,
1982)].
It may be found that there are two sets of Procedural Instructions, one
applicable for all the Universities (except Patna University) and the other for
Patna University. Both sets are by and large same but for very minor changes
because of obvious difference between Patna University and the other University
of Bihar. However, for the sake ot convenience of our readers we are reproducing
full text of both sets.]
