The Finance Officer.– The Finance officer shall be a whole–time officer of the University and shall act as Secretary to the Finance Committee, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the Ordinance the Regulations and the Rules or as may, from time to time, be conferred, or imposed on him by the Senate, the Syndicate, the Vice-Chancellor, the 1[Financial Adviser] or the Registar.
