The Finance Officer.-The Finance Officer shall be wholetime officer of the University and shall act as Secretary to the Finance Committee, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the Ordinance, the Regulations and the Rules, or as may, from time to time, be conferred or imposed on him by the Senate, the Syndicate, 2[the Financial Adviser,] or the Registrar.
