An Act to establish and incorporate an University for the Development of Agricultural and Allied Sciences in the State of Bihar
Be it enacted by the legislature of the state of Bihar in the sixty one year of the Republic of India as follows Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010. (2) It shall extent to the whole of the State of Bihar (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may appoint by notification in the Government Gazette. 1.
