Audit of accounts of Colleges.- (1) The accounts of every College shall be audited and examined annually by a qualified accountant appointed as auditor by the Syndicate. (2) The auditor may, by written notice, require any person responsible for the preparation of accounts either to appear before him in person or to produce any document to enable the auditor to obtain such information as he may consider _________________________________ 1. necessary for the proper conduct of the audit. (3) After completing the audit, the auditor shall submit his report to the Syndicate: Provided that the Auditor may submit an interim report at any time he thinks fit. (4) The cost of the audit of the accounts of a college shall be met from the University Fund.
