Annual report of the University.- The annual report on the working of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Syndicate and shall include the annual accounts of the University and shall be submitted to the Senate on or before such date, as may be prescribed by the Statutes, and shall be considered by the Senate at its annual meeting and the Senate may pass resolutions thereon and communicate the same to the Syndicate for such action, if any, as may be specified in such resolution: Provided that no decision shall be taken on the annual accounts nor shall there by any thing in the resolution on the annual report which have the effect of ancticipating the report of the auditors on the annual accounts: Provided further that the report of annual account together with resolution, if any, of the Syndicate relating thereto shall be placed before the Legislature for consideration on its next session.
