18. Authorities of the University.-The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (1) The Senate; (2) The Syndicate; (3) The Academic Council; (4) The Faculties; (5) The Examination Board; (6) The Finance Committee; (7) The Planning and Evaluation Committee; and (8) Such other authorities as may be declared to be the authorities of the University by the Statutes
